Its high-tech R&D and test team has developed many industry-new products like fire-proof leather and antifouling leather (and the fire-proof leather has achieved the fireproof standards in many countries: U.S. CA177, Great Britain V6, V19，V480，TCEP, etc.) which have helped the company in establishing the leading role in the industry. And the company's industry-leading antifouling technology has applied for the patent.

The company now has 300 employees, an annual capacity of 15 million meters and annual sales of ￥0.3 billion. It has two dry production lines, two wet lines and over 200 equipment among which over 30 are environmental friendly. To realize energy conservation and pollution reduction and improve the competiveness, Kangcheng invested tens of millions to introduce industry-leading three-way four-tower distillation unit and DMF waste recovery device in Sep. 2007. The DMF distillation recovery system adopted by the company has independent intellectual property rights and domestic leading technology, its energy consumption and product quality having achieved the international high levels and replaced imported devices at home. This system is now only used by 20 more companies. In June, 2006, the company arrived at a new level in clean production with its starting of DMF recovery system deamination projects and energy-saving boiler desulfurization projects.
